•  Dr. Kaplan  was educated at some of our Nation's finest institutions, receiving his training in all phases of Periodontics and Dental Implant care at Eastmant Dental Center, University of Rochester School of Medicine and Dentistry; He completed his fellowship in Oral Medicine at the National Institutes of Health; and his training in Dentistry at the University of Michigan School of Dentistry; He also completed a General Practice Residency prior to entering the field of periodontics; and he completed his PhD studying inflammation in the nervous system while at the University of Rochester.
